Lambs in December!

Yep that’s right … there have been some lambs born in Cleator Moor, Cumbria in December and some people still think there’s nothing up with the environment !

I’ve tried to find an online link but failed … the story was on Border Local News this evening.

  1. Dad saw some new born lambs in Bentham yesterday. The seem to be coming earlier and earlier nowadays. I remember it being march/april before we saw lambs.

  2. We never used to get Lambs this early either … especially as we get snow around here, well in the lakes not on the coast, as late as March sometimes!

  3. Temperatures are over double what they should be for January. x

  4. Walked into town yesterday, down the old railway line, and there is some pussy willow out already.
