Jackie has retired!!!!!!

For the sake of many males out there Jackie is my hairdresser … stop sniggering guys this is serious business, ask any lady in your life.

I don’t get my hair cut often, last time was in February, but I always go to Jackie, no one else has touched my hair with a pair of scissors since I was at school!

She used to work at a salon and when she opened her own place I followed her, that was twenty years ago and although others in her salon have washed, styled, dried my hair etc today was the first time anyone else has cut it. It was only a trim and tidy, she did do a good job, checking what I wanted and discussing options re my fringe but … no Jackie!

On the plus side this means I guess when I move I can look for a new hairdresser, I was planning on booking hair appointments when I came back up here to visit relatives, possibly even organising the visits around my hair’s needs lol, but that wont be necessary now. It’ll be a whole new start …. gulp ;o)
