Why am I SO happy?
I got several pieces of post today but two of them REALLY made me smile 
One was the ticket numbers for myself and my son for OAKLEAF Yeah and the other was my ticket for the Mercian Gathering double Yeah … two fun filled weekends, one at the start of the school hols and one at the end
I am very jealous! I was hoping to get to plenty of Pagan camps this summer but as I’ve just changed jobs, and had 6 weeks of not working between, money is too tight right now
Take lots of pics and write long reports for those of us who can’t attend, please!

Oh, she will, no doubt. But your son David going to Oakleaf? I thought you said he wasn’t, and didn’t want to go? What changed? x

I thought he had agreed to come on a nonsulky resigned note … I was wrong … when I told him this evening that our ticket numbers had come …
“WHAT! But I thought I didn’t have to come!!”
Plus there’s this thing with his Duke of Edinburgh 2day walk, date pending.
I should have triple checked before sending the cheque … going to ask Mother Malarky if I can give it to our friend Khlari, she said she’d like to go

Caspar I will report back but at least the Oakleaf report will be photo lite due to the strict rule that you can take no photo’s without permission from everyone who’s in it, including those in the background.
Just worked it out, including tonight there are 42 sleeps till Oakleaf
