I’m not putting the actual weights up, that’s not how I think. I’m just concentrating on the progress I am making with Slimming World
I did this because I noticed a pattern, apart from the first month this last four weeks has been the first time I’ve lost weight for more than three weeks in a row. This last week I also realised that the week following my achievement of 2st, 2.5st, 3st and 3.5st weigh loss stickers I put weigh on. I’ve broken that pattern with my 4st achievement and intend not to repeat it!
