This day last week I spent last period watching year nine play football.  I did exactly the same today with one HUGE difference … the weather!

Camping Trip

My son and I were SO glad to have the awning up when camping last week! It was windy and rained a lot but the awning was the perfect place to cook, out of the weather and not leaving cooking smells etc in the actual tent

One evening we were sitting looking out at a blue sky with some fluffy white clouds when we heard a noise. At first we thought it was another aeroplane going over but it was going on too long to be an aeroplane … suddenly the heavens opened and there was such a downpouring of rain that the alarm on a car near us went off!
